Seeking Toonish penciller/inker

Seeking a cartoonist for an all ages funnybook for submission. This is a concept I have been working on for many years and I'm looking for a penciller/inker to help make this happen. Preferably someone with a toonish style similar to Jack Lawrence of Lions, Tigers & Bears fame. It doesn't have to be exactly like that, just a consistant tooney style. I plan to do the coloring and lettering myself.

Here is a simple synopsis of the concept:

The basic premise is young kids traveling through time battling an evil organization from causing timeline damaging catastrophes. Sort of an "Exiles" meet the "Kids Next Door" with a "Voyagers" TV show twist thrown in.

The idea of the book is teaching the readers all about history by presenting it in an adventure story of awesome levels. Plus it adds a science fiction tale of exploration, war and love with historical figures, Native American warriors, action heroes, dark villains and even dinosaurs.
